Our Rambler™ Buy Back offer enables YETI customers to exchange any individual qualifying YETI Rambler® Drinkware to receive $5 off per Qualifying Item for every $25 they spend during their in-store purchase during that same transaction, with a minimum purchase of $25 required (“Qualifying Purchase”)
This offer is subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. This offer is only valid for in-store purchases at YETI Retail locations within the US.
2. This offer will only apply to authentic YETI Rambler® Drinkware products that are either owned or have been authorized by such owner to exchange that were originally purchased from a YETI.com, YETI Retail Stores, or YETI Official Retailers and can be recognized as a “Qualifying Item”. YETI Retail Store staff shall have sole discretion in determining whether any product qualifies under this offer.
3. This offer is limited to the exchange of 10 Qualifying Items per customer and is not valid to resellers.
4. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special pricing and may not be used on gift cards or third-party products.
5. At completion of the transaction, ownership in the Qualifying Item transfers to YETI to be recycled. All Rambler™ Buy Back transactions are final and cannot be canceled. Once the Qualifying Item is exchanged it will not be returned to you under any circumstance.
6. All Qualifying Items must be empty and thoroughly cleaned before returning to a YETI Retail Store. YETI Retail Store staff can refuse to accept items that are dirty and that could potentially be hazardous.
7. This offer has no cash value, and you will only be able to receive the $5 off per Qualifying Item toward purchases made at the same time the Qualifying Item is exchanged. No credit will be offered for the Qualifying Item against future purchases and this information is not stored in our systems.
8. If the total value of the Qualifying Items exchanged under this offer exceeds the value of the purchase, no cash equivalent or future credit will be given.
9. YETI reserves the right to withdraw, end, or amend this offer at any time.
10. If a Qualifying Purchase is returned, the value of the offer from the Qualifying Item(s) must be applied toward the purchase of a new Qualifying Purchase in the same transaction of such return. If a customer chooses not to make a new Qualifying Purchase upon such return, the original Qualifying Items will not be returned and no cash equivalent or future credit will be given for the value of the Qualifying Items.
